Before you start

Public listings can be browsed without signing in. Requesting access requires a Dealflow account.

Steps

  1. Open Businesses for Sale and narrow the listings using the available industry, location, and financial filters.

  2. Open a listing and read the teaser, financial period, and currency.

  3. Choose Request Access and sign in or complete the account steps if prompted.

  4. Review the request and submit it once. Return to the associated buyside project to follow the opportunity.

What happens next

An access request records your interest; it does not itself release the CIM or satisfy an NDA. The seller's response and document settings determine the next step.

Common problems

A withdrawn listing may no longer be available. If you already requested access, check the existing deal rather than submitting another request. Contact the seller through the conversation when available.
