Before you start
Have access to the deal and authority to sign for the relevant party. Read the agreement; obtain legal advice if you need it.
Steps
Open the deal and identify whether it uses Dealflow Standard NDA or Custom NDA.
For the standard agreement, use Sign NDA and complete the name and signature fields shown. Check the resulting signing status.
For a custom agreement, open the supplied document or link and arrange execution of that agreement outside Dealflow's standard signing dialog.
Use Upload Signed NDA to upload the fully executed custom agreement as a PDF of 10 MB or less. Check that the signed document is available in the deal.
What happens next
The standard flow records participant signatures. The custom flow stores the executed PDF; selecting a status alone cannot replace that upload or generate a signed custom agreement.
Common problems
A Word source must be converted to a fully executed PDF before upload. The app rejects duplicate verified uploads; contact support if the wrong executed agreement was supplied. There is no documented in-app redlining or counsel-invitation workflow.
