Before you start

Open a deal your company is participating in. Some materials require seller release and an executed NDA.

Steps

  1. Open the deal drawer and review the document availability information.

  2. Check Messages for the seller's NDA, CIM, or attachment links.

  3. Use the Files tab to find the available signed agreement, CIM materials, and message attachments.

  4. Open the supplied file or external link, taking care to use the account authorized for the deal.

What happens next

You can review the materials that have actually been supplied and released. A teaser or access request does not mean a CIM is already available.

Common problems

If you see “CIM is being prepared,” ask the seller about availability. If signing is complete but the CIM is still locked, it may require Manual CIM Share. Do not forward restricted materials without permission.
