Before you start

Have the intended agreement ready and get legal advice if you are unsure which terms are appropriate.

Steps

  1. Open the project's full editor and find NDA.

  2. Choose Dealflow Standard NDA to use the standard signing flow, or Custom NDA to supply your own agreement.

  3. For a custom agreement, upload the source document or enter its link and check that it opens correctly.

  4. Save the project and make sure the document shown to participants is the agreement you intended.

What happens next

Standard NDAs use the standard participant-signature process. Custom NDAs are completed by supplying a fully executed PDF through Upload Signed NDA; the standard signing dialog does not execute your custom text.

Common problems

Uploading a blank custom source is not the same as uploading the executed agreement for a match. Dealflow does not provide a documented redlining or counsel-invitation workflow, and this article does not determine who must legally sign your agreement.
