Submit for review and understand approval statuses

Understand what happens between saving a draft, review, and market availability.

Understand what happens between saving a draft, review, and market availability.

Before you start

Finish the applicable company and recent financial fields and review the information you intend to share.

Steps

  1. Use Submit for Review in the guided flow or the relevant submission action in the full editor.

  2. Read the returned project status. Draft means it has not successfully entered the submitted state; Pending Review means review is still needed.

  3. Resolve any missing information or requested corrections in the existing project.

  4. After approval, check the project state and available actions before attempting discovery or outreach.

What happens next

Approval and publication eligibility are separate checks. Market discovery requires approval, an eligible market status, and recent Revenue and EBITDA; saving or submitting does not guarantee publication or email dispatch.

Common problems

On Hold, Deal is Dead, or closed projects are not ordinary new-discovery states. Existing discussions can have different availability from new outreach. No review-response time is promised in this article.
