Enter financials in the right currency, units, and reporting periods.
Before you start
Gather recent Revenue and EBITDA and identify whether each amount is an actual result or a projection.
Steps
Check the project's currency in the advanced editor. Amounts are displayed in that native currency; changing a currency label is not an exchange-rate conversion.
Follow the units printed beside the input. For a field expressed in millions, 250,000 is entered as 0.25.
Put each actual result in its correct year or LTM column. LTM means the last twelve months, not a forecast for the next year.
Keep projections distinct from achieved financials. Complete the owner-compensation and other applicable financial questions.
Save and review the displayed amounts and period labels before submitting.
What happens next
Recent Revenue and EBITDA support review and discovery eligibility. The server recognizes supplied numeric zero or loss values, but the simplified intake accepts nonnegative entries only; blank values remain missing information.
Common problems
Do not substitute zero for an unknown amount. Old financial years alone may no longer meet recency requirements. If you need to enter a loss, use the appropriate full-editor fields rather than changing the result to a positive number.
