Review a buyer's request before deciding how to engage and release materials.
Review a buyer's request before deciding how to engage and release materials.
Before you start
Open the relevant project and identify the interested buyer or access-request row.
Steps
Review the buyer's profile, mandate, and message in the deal drawer.
Use the available acceptance or NDA action if you want to proceed, following the current row status.
If you need more information, use Messages to ask a specific question.
Check the NDA and CIM-release state before telling the buyer that materials are available.
What happens next
Your response advances the relationship through the available workflow. A buyer's request does not itself authorize access to all documents.
Common problems
Acceptance is not a substitute for an executed NDA. If the project is no longer open to new interest, update its actual state and do not promise access that the current workflow blocks.
