Manage signed NDAs and share the CIM

Check the recorded agreement and release CIM materials through the deal's configured workflow.

Check the recorded agreement and release CIM materials through the deal's configured workflow.

Before you start

Have the correct CIM saved and understand whether the project uses automatic or manual sharing.

Steps

  1. Open the buyer's deal drawer and inspect its NDA status.

  2. Use the NDA link in the conversation to review the stored agreement. For a custom NDA, confirm that the executed PDF has been uploaded rather than relying on an old status label.

  3. With Manual CIM Share, use the available CIM-sharing action after the NDA requirements are satisfied.

  4. Check the resulting message and access state; if materials are still being prepared, update the project first.

What happens next

The buyer can access the released materials through the deal workflow. The sellside drawer does not have a Files tab; use its document and conversation links.

Common problems

A custom agreement must never be replaced with a blank standard template. If the executed-PDF link fails or the wrong file is present, contact support before progressing the deal.
