Before you start

Sign in as the member whose personal profile you want to change.

Steps

  1. Open Profile.

  2. Review the editable name, Email Address, job-title, and phone fields and enter accurate information.

  3. If updating your photo, upload and crop it using the photo controls, then save the crop.

  4. Choose Save Changes for the profile fields and confirm the saved result.

What happens next

Your saved personal details are updated. Company information is managed separately in company settings; changing a job title does not grant administrative access.

Common problems

If a save fails, keep your edits visible and read the error before navigating away. Be especially careful when changing the email used for access; contact support if you cannot sign in afterward.
