Understand responsiveness and profile statistics

Interpret displayed activity statistics cautiously and ask about discrepancies.

Interpret displayed activity statistics cautiously and ask about discrepancies.

Before you start

Have the profile or deal table showing the statistic open.

Steps

  1. Read the exact label and the company or project to which the statistic belongs.

  2. Where Responsiveness is shown, treat it as contextual information rather than a guaranteed reply time.

  3. Compare closed-deal or other activity counts with the records available to you, without assuming every profile exposes a public track record.

  4. If a number seems wrong, send support the page, label, and expected record so it can be investigated.

What happens next

You avoid treating a displayed metric as verification, an award, or a promise. The current public company-profile screen does not expose its disabled Track Record section.

Common problems

This guide does not establish a responsiveness formula or a complete statistical coverage policy. Do not rank a firm's credibility solely by a percentage or infer that a missing counter means no experience.
